admissions.
At Guidepost Montessori, we believe the admissions journey should be clear, welcoming, and inspiring.
Whether you’re just beginning to explore Montessori or ready to secure your child’s start date, our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and supportive so your family feels confident every step of the way.
how to apply:
Three simple steps. We’re here to help.

1. Book a Tour
Choose a campus and book a tour at a time that works for you. You’ll see classrooms in action, meet our educators, and have a chance to ask whatever questions matter most to your family. Book a time at your convenience.

2. Find the Right Program
Based on your child’s age and stage of development, our school leader will guide you into the right program and its availability.

3. Complete Registration
When our school leader offers your child a place, you’ll complete a short enrollment form to confirm. If your preferred campus or start date is at capacity, we’ll let you know and discuss alternatives, including waitlist options or other Guidepost campuses with availability.
Not sure where to start? Our admissions team can help you think through which program, which campus, and which start date make sense for your family. Reach out by email at admissions@guidepost.hk, message us on WhatsApp, or book a tour directly — whichever feels easiest. admissions@guidepostmontessori.au

our core focus in the admissions process.
Enrolling at Guidepost means joining a partnership built on transparency, visibility, and progress.
Every family receives access to OWNA, our secure parent app, which provides progress tracking, daily updates, photos, and direct communication with your school team.
- Stability – Every placement is planned with care, ensuring a consistent environment where your child feels safe and supported. Families receive updates on transitions and milestones.
- Community – From your first tour to your child’s first day, you’ll feel the warmth of our community. Our updates give you a clear view of your child’s social growth and independence.
- Staff – Our Montessori-trained educators focus on outcomes that matter most: independence, concentration, and joy. You’ll hear directly from them through notes and classroom highlights.
- Curriculum – Our curriculum is hands-on, screen-free, and outcome-driven. Parents receive progress tracking aligned to developmental milestones, so you can celebrate growth step by step.
- Classrooms – Every space is designed for independence. Through photos and updates, you’ll see how your child engages with materials and routines in a carefully prepared environment.
- Visibility – We believe parents deserve transparency. We provide daily updates, photos, and progress snapshots—so you stay connected to your child’s Montessori journey every day.
tuition & payment policies.
- Tuition is billed weekly.
- First payment must be submitted before your child begins.
- Billing is managed through OWNA, which also supports autopay, attendance tracking, and school communication.
child care subsidy.
The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is the Australian Government’s key financial support program, helping families manage childcare costs by covering a portion of fees based on income, activity level, and type of care used. This makes quality early learning more affordable and accessible, while giving families greater flexibility to work, study, or manage family commitments.
For detailed support or questions, please contact our enquiry team at admissions@guidepostmontessori.au and we will provide the latest CCS information and resources to guide you through the process.
